Where will my self storage building be located?
Our self storage buildings are located at two convenient places, both of which are easily accessible from Highway 111: Buildings A-D are located on Ben Lomand Drive off of Churchill Drive (behind Captain D’s) and all other units (including climate controlled) are located on Industrial Drive (beside Wholesale Supply and across from UPS).
What size self storage unit will I need?
Check out the sizes we have available and size visualizer. When trying to decide, keep in mind sofas, appliances, tables, and chairs take up the most room in storage and boxes and totes can be stacked on top. Also keep in mind how long you plan to need the unit – will you be storing items long term and need to get to the items in the back of the unit during your stay or will you be able to pack it in and pack it out without needing access?
What kind of security should I expect?
We have a fully fenced facility with individualized keypad entry controlled gates. In addition, a closed circuit dvr system monitors the entire area.
Can I access my unit 24/7?
For increased security, gate access hours are set to 7am-9pm, 365 days per year.
Can I drive up to my unit?
S & A Storage offers standard self storage with easy, drive-up access to all units. Climate controlled buildings offer walk door access at each end of building for added convenience.
Do you charge a deposit?
There is no deposit, lock fee, or sales tax. Units lease on a month to month basis with no long term commitments. If you already own your own lock, you’ll pay only the first month’s rent on the day you lease your unit.
How can I pay rent?
Set up monthly autopay, pay in person, mail a check, pay here on our website, over the phone, or on our app. We try to make it as convenient as possible.
You don’t have the size I need, can you add me to the list?
We don’t currently keep a waiting list. If you’re in need of a unit that we don’t currently have available, the best thing to do is to continue to check availability online or by giving us a call between 10am – noon each day. We go through our units each morning, so before lunch is the best time to find one available.
